In a rapidly changing world, we need to be able to act fast. Creating an agile organisation allows us to respond alertly to trends and developments taking place in society, now and in the future. And that helps us add value to society.

Value created

  • We are eliminating duplicate work in our control and support activities and reducing the number of layers bank-wide. 
  • One hundred multidisciplinary teams and 1,000 employees across the bank are already working according to agile principles.
