If you want to work at ABN AMRO, it's important that you are a good fit with the organisation, and the reverse is of course also true. Because we are after all entering into a relationship. We go through four steps to see whether it clicks between us. That will quickly help us to discover whether a vacancy for a graduate is a good fit for you.
Resume and cover letter
Click on 'Apply' below the vacancy, enter your details and upload your resume and cover letter. We will ring or e-mail you within three working days. If you have any questions about the post, please do not hesitate to contact the person named in the vacancy.
Online aptitude test
If you get through to the next round, we'll e-mail you a link to an online aptitude test. The test has three parts: symbol series, matrices and number series. You will be given an explanation and practice examples for each part of the test. If you have any questions or doubts, feel free to contact Recruitment.
Follow-up test and first interview
If you do well on the online test, we will invite you to the office for a short follow-up test. If you do well on this test too, you will go straight to an interview with a recruiter.
Second interview and offer
The final round takes place at head office or the location to which the vacancy relates. You will be interviewed by two managers from the business. If they’re also enthusiastic, we'll offer you a contract.
