Ewoud Schut

My week is never standard; I'm involved in lots of projects.

Background

I started working at ABN AMRO in March 2012, straight after completing my studies in Business Economics. I now commute every day from Nijmegen to Amsterdam Zuid. There’s a good connection, but I plan to start looking for somewhere to live closer to work soon.

Career

In my department we’re responsible for the reports that the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) requires from us. It's quite a challenge.

My passion

I’m a mountain bike enthusiast. If I can, I head off with my bike into the woods three times a week. As far as that goes, Nijmegen is a great location, with all the German hills round about. When I move to Amsterdam I can forget about those hills.¬† Does anyone have any ideas for a hobby?

My week

My week is never standard. Together with a colleague, I'm responsible for a number of projects, so there's plenty of variety. At the moment, for example, I'm working on a system integration and I'm involved in setting up a new report.
