Your job

You will be member of the Front Office Support team of Global Markets. This team is responsible for commercial and operational support to the commercial desks within Global Markets, mainly servicing corporate and financial institutions clients. These support tasks embrace:• Support the fixed income value chain by facilitating smooth execution of deals
• Administrate and maintain client information in trading applications and platforms (e.g.  Bloomberg, Tradeweb)
• Handling incoming client requests, support with Management Information and functional application maintenance
• Extract relevant client and trade related information from applications and systems for MI purposes, ‘know your clients’ and securing execution of rules & regulations
• Responsible for the completeness, correctness and timelines of information and documentation and its logging in relevant systems
• Support the relevant desks in the execution of day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
• Contribute to continuous improvement and structural solutions of data quality issuesAs Front Office Support Officer you will be the linking pin between the commercial teams and internal and external stakeholders. You will be contributing to the ambitious and challenging goals of Global Markets.

• Knowledge and/or experience on a MBO/HBO level
• Affinity with financial markets
• General knowledge of ABN AMRO and Global Markets (products & services, front to back processes and systems landscape)
• Strong affinity with trading applications, systems and platforms
• Experience with Bloomberg is preferred
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Good personal skills and the ability to maintain and expand (commercial) relationships
• Hands on teamplayer with an eye for solutions and no 9 to 5 mentality
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
• 3-7 years of experience in the financial services industryDepending on your knowledge and experience this function will be in Hay 7, 8 or 9.
