You will be part of the Marketing & Communications Team in the Antwerp office.

As a Client Communication & Digital Officer at ABN AMRO, you are the central point of contact for all matters relating to internal and external communication and you are also the expert in the field of Digital Marketing.

Your job
  • Drafting and editing the Dutch-speaking and French-speaking client communication, in close cooperation with the commercial network and a database specialist;
  • Management of E-mail marketing & design of templates and newsletters;
  • Creating presentations, brochures, advertisements and other printed matter;
  • Responsible for drafting and editing the content of internal communications (e.g. the Marketing Buzz). In addition, you are constantly looking for innovative elements for all internal communication expressions. 
  • Managing the intranet and narrowcasting;
  • SPOC in the international ABN AMRO community;
  • Helping to maintain the social media channels;
  • Co-management of the company websites;
  • Helping to set up and monitor online campaigns;
  • SEO Copywriting;
  • Responsible for ad hoc projects within Commercial Development community where you take on the agile role for Marketing & Communications team.

Your profile
  • You're a real team player

  • You have a great interest in digital marketing (social media, linkedin)
  • You have very strong written and spoken skills
  • You are technically skilled and/or willing to build up technical skills in website management
  • You work in great detail
  • You have an excellent knowledge of French and Dutch
  • You have a good knowledge of email marketing tools, CMS systems
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud package is a plus
