Your job


We are currently preparing a new major contract with a list of multinationals, however, we need to develop a more structured framework to evaluate the performance of these corporations and their contribution to our business, that is their business value. In short, we aim to get more value per euro while monitoring the value that was provided.

In this internship you will be performing different tasks, but overall you will focus in the research and development of a framework to evaluate our vendors performance. And subsequently, supporting us during the setting up of the framework.


Your activities will include:

  • Researching on vendor performance evaluation frameworks
  • Interviewing stakeholders and having meetings with (internal/external) staff to collect information for the framework
  • Assisting during the setting up of a performance survey (e.g., lay-out design, formulate questions, ensuring its distribution within the organization, and follow-up)
  • Designing a “vendor’s scorecard” (considering KPIs)
  • Organizing and facilitating workshops
Your working environment


Our team consists of 10 persons supporting the entire Chief Information Office - Retail & Commercial Banking & Functions (CIO RCBF) on different areas such as facility management, management information, consulting, vendor management, risk management, portfolio management.

The team’s work environment feels diverse and very friendly. Your team colleagues are gentle, open and informal, so you are welcome to reach them to ask for support and advice! We believe in helping each other to be the best version of ourselves. For instance, during our team meetings we discuss the most important tasks ahead, our successes, but also we share our knowledge (e.g., from trainings) or individual work.

Your profile


  • You are at least a 3rd year BSc student.
  • Your study covers Business, Management or any related studies.
  • You have affinity with research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Dutch language
  • You can start between September 1st and November 1st       .
  • You are available for 3 months minimum and up to 6 months, for 3-5 days per week
  • Communicative: you can convey information in an accurate and clear manner.
  • Problem solver: your analytical skills and creativity are well developed in order to come up with realistic solutions.
  • Team-player: you can easily reach and collaborate with colleagues, either helping them out or requesting some assistance.
