The goal of Clearing Operations is to make client's business easy, reliable and secure. By working together we are responsible for processing approximately 15 million transactions on average per day. We offer you a dedicated working internship for (min) 6 months and (max) 9 months within the Client Operations, Processing or Control team.

Your work

Client Operations is our face to the client. The team is responsible for communication with clients regarding operational services. The team understands the client's business and goes the extra mile to improve the customer experience. Moreover, Client Operations is the entry point to the client for all operational queries. To continuously improve the quality of service there will be a constant client feedback loop.Processing is our face to technology. The team is responsible for optimizing the processes and is focussed on automation and digitalisation. Moreover, Processing is the entry point to the day-to-day client business. The team knows and understands the full transaction flow. Processing monitors this flow and when necessary solves errors and exceptions, to improve client service. Finally, Processing ensures a robust and predictable process which will be monitored.Control is our face to operational governance. Control is responsible for accurate, reliable, consistent and timely data. Control is also responsible for the integrity and accessibility of client and transaction data. Finally, Control guards the operational governance through service level agreements, Management Information reports and data quality management.AACB is looking for a variety of employees. Therefore, there is a great diversity among our employees in terms of education, nationality and background. Because we work in an international environment and have many international colleagues, the official language is English. However, the most important thing is that you have a passion for your work and would like to learn and grow within our organisation every day. Location of internship is our headquarters in Amsterdam. Starting date is as soon as possible.
