Your job

Banking is the business of taking risks. However, which risks are acceptable and which are not? Strategic risk management means identifying risks, assessing them and addressing them with concrete measures. Strategic Risk consists of a group of around 50 professionals that are involved with maintaining the strategic risk profile of the bank, which includes areas such as: 
•    Coordination of bank-wide themes like Stress Testing, Risk Appetite, ICAAP, Sustainability Risk and Recovery & Resolution Planning
•    Portfolio Management 
•    IFRS9 impairments 
•    Internal and external risk reporting
•    Advising on bank wide risk weighted assets (RWA, including Basel IV) & economic capital (EC)

•    University degree
•    0-3 years of work experience
•    Affinity with Risk, Finance or the (Banking) Business
•    You are entrepreneurial, proactive, thorough and you have a practical mindset
•    Quantitative and complex problems give you energy
•    You are flexible and able to work with deadlines
