The Relationship Management focuses on the long term pursuit of commercial consolidation and expansion of client relationships while seeking to strike an appropriate balance between the interests of the client and ACF. Relationship Management are bound by the laws and regulations governing financial service providers, by the policy of ACF in the relevant country and by holding company policy.

Your job

A Relationship Managers responsible for the relationship management of the assigned portfolio by acting as discussion partner for the director/owner and/or controller of each account and providing advice and guidance in connection with financial and business issues, striking a careful balance between the commercial interests and ACF's risk policy and for cross selling of products and services within the relevant segment.

  • Corporate and Institutional Banking – which includes  Corporate Banking, Clearing Global Markets - Sales & Trading, Escrow & Settlement, and Financial Institutions
  • Commercial Banking which includes Asset Based Finance and International Desk, which provides transactional banking services

 Our business lines are supported by a number of functions such as Risk, Compliance, Legal, IT, Finance (Including Tax), Business Management and Human Resources. We currently employ approx. 380 individuals in the UK

Your profile

  • Knowledge of business economics at Bachelor (level I)/Master (level II&III) level
  • Knowledge of financial services and the (inter)national business market (Level IV: plus knowledge of international laws & intercultural differences).
  • Knowledge of the strategy, products and services of ACF and the specific segments in which the work is being executed.
  • Relevant experience
  • Interpersonal skills to build and maintain mutual beneficial relationships with clients, regulators and auditors and other stakeholders.
