ABN AMRO Clearing announces new CEO of Chicago office

ABN AMRO Clearing announces the appointment of John M. Ruth as Chief Executive Officer of its Chicago office with immediate effect.

Mr Ruth joins from Goldman Sachs & Co, where he was a Managing Director and Branch Manager of Goldman Sachs Execution & Clearing in Chicago. Previously he was a Vice President at First Options of Chicago and before that a Partner at Century Group Holdings, where he helped launch and build their introducing broker business. Mr Ruth began his career as a floor trader at the Chicago Board of Trade. He is an undergraduate of Indiana University and has an MBA from the Kellstadt School of Business at DePaul University. He holds the FINRA and NFA series 3, 4, 7,10, 24, 55, and 63 licenses.
