ABN AMRO has launched a special web page where clients can check for any technical issues in the bank's systems. This page also states availability percentages of Internet Banking. In the second quarter of 2014, ABN AMRO's Internet Banking was available 99.72% of the time.
ABN AMRO constantly monitors whether its systems are up and running - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Various factors are involved in calculating the resulting availability percentage. The focus is on functions such as logging in, requesting current balances, and transferring money, because our clients use these services more frequently.
