ABN AMRO Lease appoints Simon Lefevre as Sales Director for the UK

ABN AMRO Lease announces the appointment of Simon Lefevre in the role of Sales Director for its UK business.

Richard de Keijzer, Managing Director of ABN AMRO Lease in the UK, commented: ‘Simon has extensive experience in Asset Based Finance and knows the UK market well. He is well respected and we are proud to have him on board. I am very confident that, with his experience and leadership, Simon will contribute positively to the further growth of ABN AMRO Lease’s business in the UK’.

In his previous role, Simon Lefevre headed the UK Leasing Business for Bank of London and the Middle East. Prior to that, he held various positions for both ING Lease and Lombard in the UK.

ABN AMRO Lease is one of Europe’s leading providers of leasing and asset finance services to large and mid-sized companies. The company has its head office in Utrecht in the Netherlands and has branches and activities in the UK, Germany and Belgium. It has a portfolio of EUR 3.8 billion and employs 233 staff.

ABN AMRO Lease opened its UK branch on 2nd June 2014 and has demonstrated a steady growth since. The portfolio now stands at over GBP £500 million and the team consists of 25 employees, creating national coverage.
