ABN AMRO and Ares Management announce collaboration on €1.3 bn loan portfolio
ABN AMRO and Ares Management Corporation (NYSE: ARES), a leading global alternative investment manager, today announced a strategic collaboration between ABN AMRO and Ares Management Alternative Credit funds (“Ares”) on a €1.3 billion loan portfolio.

Covered Bonds
Under the covered bond programme ABN AMRO issues long term secured instruments to professional and institutional investors. We also have a retained covered bond programme for liquidity purposes. Both programmes are secured by segregated prime Dutch residential mortgages and both programmes are UCITS eligible and registered with the Dutch Central Bank (DNB). Issuances are CRD compliant and as of 2015 all bonds issued are in soft-bullet format.

ABN AMRO confirms capital requirements for 2025
As part of the 2024 exercise of the Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process ("SREP"), the European Central Bank has notified ABN AMRO Bank of its final decision regarding the capital requirements for 2025.
IPO
