After obtaining my Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management with a minor in Public Administration and Management Science, I am now working on a Master’s degree in Human Resource Studies. I've just spent six months studying in Budapest and now I’m gaining experience during my internship at ABN AMRO.
Among other things, my job is to organise recruitment events. I've also been intensively involved in a new recruitment project since the first week of my internship. This project is about recruitment of staff by our own colleagues, including those outside HR.
My enjoyment of the good things in life probably stems from my roots in Maastricht. Passing the time of day with friends in a pavement cafe or restaurant is a way of life there. I love going away for the weekend, but preferably a bit longer, to discover other countries and cultures.
I do everything I can to make colleagues enthusiastic about our new way of recruiting. That means lots of meetings, writing texts and organising training sessions. I’m also on the committee of the interns association and help out at graduate recruitment events.
