Pursuant to the legal demerger of 6 February 2010 certain debt instruments issued by the former ABN AMRO Holding N.V. or the former ABN AMRO Bank N.V. are now legally and economically owned by the new ABN AMRO Bank N.V.

Prior to the legal merger Fortis Bank Nederland issued a press release on 30 June 2010 including the outstanding listed securities together with the ISIN codes. These securities were all transferred from Fortis Bank Nederland to ABN AMRO bank N.V. per 1 July 2010 as part of the legal merger.
