Santander in Latin America

The business that joined Santander in Latin America is the Business Unit (BU) Latin America (excluding wholesale clients outside Brazil). This includes Banco Real in Brazil and the banks in Uruguay and Paraguay. Since the consortium acquisition, Santander has also acquired Global Clients in Brazil from RBS and asset management activities in Brazil from Fortis.
