Simon will play a key role in accelerating AACB's growth ambitions, strengthening client partnerships, and further expanding the firm's presence across global markets. A highly respected figure in the global trading industry, he brings more than two decades of experience across financial markets. Throughout his career, he has been recognised as a leading voice on trading, liquidity, market structure, regulation and innovation, and is a sought-after speaker at major industry conferences and events worldwide.

Most recently, Simon spent more than five years at Instinet, where he contributed to driving growth, innovation and revenue development across the business. Prior to that, he held a variety of senior leadership positions within the Proprietary Trading, Market Making and Exchange sectors. One of his first engagements will be to represent ABN AMRO Clearing Bank at the International Trader Forum (ITF) in Athens, one of the industry's leading events. This marks the first time we will both attend and sponsor the event.
