Differences make us better

Divergent backgrounds and points of view make us stronger. They help us anchor ourselves in society and strengthen our capacity to come up with new ideas. Diverse teams generate solutions for our clients that are more creative and innovative. We don’t regard inclusivity solely as a social obligation but we see it as a prerequisite to continue being relevant as a bank. Now and in the future.

The age when people working at the bank had to fit the same mold is long gone. That said, we can and should become more diverse, and this won’t happen without affirmative action. That’s why we’re setting ourselves quantifiable goals for recruiting and promoting talent that’s more diverse. Goals that reflect an ambition that is supported and endorsed by the bank as a whole. We will share the results with you every quarter.
