Today, ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and Fortis Bank (Nederland) N.V. have made their abbreviated interim financial statements 2010 available.

These documents can be found on www.abnamro.com/results. ABN AMRO Group N.V., the parent of ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and Fortis Bank (Nederland) N.V., published its Interim financial report including condensed consolidated statements on 26 August 2010.

On 1 July 2010, the legal merger between Fortis Bank (Nederland) N.V. and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. was effectuated whereby Fortis Bank (Nederland) N.V. ceased to exist. The statutory statements of both banks are made available for information purposes only.
