ABN AMRO Foundation board

ABN AMRO Foundation is a foundation with ANBI status. The board sets the direction and oversees its implementation. It also monitors finances and the execution of the annual plan. A director is responsible for day-to-day management, and the foundation’s activities are carried out by a passionate team of employees.
The board meets at least three times a year, with the director and employees reporting on finances and on the progress of the annual plan. The board is not remunerated, but may claim expenses they incur in the course of their duties.

ABN AMRO Foundation is registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 30174092. Since 1 January 2011, the Foundation has held the status of Public Benefit Organisation (known in the Netherlands by its acronym, ANBI). The Dutch Tax and Customs Administration has issued the tax reference 810798830 for this ANBI status.
