ABN AMRO intends to reappoint Tanja Cuppen (CRO) and Christian Bornfeld (CI&TO)

ABN AMRO announces today that it intends to reappoint Tanja Cuppen (Chief Risk Officer) and Christian Bornfeld (Chief Innovation & Technology Officer) as members of ABN AMRO’s Executive Board. Christian Bornfeld will also be appointed as Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board.

Tanja Cuppen’s current term of office expires at the end of ABN AMRO’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) on 21 April 2021. Tanja Cuppen will be reappointed for a period of three years, ending at the close of the AGM in 2024.

Christian Bornfeld’s current term of office also expires at the end of ABN AMRO’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on 21 April 2021. Christian Bornfeld will be reappointed for a period of four years, ending at the close of the AGM in 2025. ABN AMRO’s Supervisory Board also intends to appoint Christian Bornfeld as Vice-Chairman of the Executive Board for this period.

The remuneration of Tanja Cuppen and of Christian Bornfeld will remain unchanged.
