ABN AMRO organises Annual General Meeting

ABN AMRO Bank N.V. has today published the convening notice and meeting documents for its Annual General Meeting. The meeting is to be held on 21 April 2021 at 2.00pm (CET).

The General Meeting will be held in virtual form, meaning no visitors or holders of shares or depositary receipts will be physically present. Shareholders and depositary receipt holders will be given the opportunity to submit their questions ahead of the meeting, ask follow-up questions during the meeting, or ask questions through the live chat function in ABN AMRO’s online platform. Further details and instructions for submitting questions are included in the convening notice.

Agenda items include informing the General Meeting of the intended reappointment of Tanja Cuppen (Chief Risk Officer) and Christian Bornfeld (Chief Innovation & Technology Officer) as members of ABN AMRO’s Executive Board. Their current terms of office will end at the close of the General Meeting. In addition, Lars Kramer will introduce himself to the General Meeting as a future member of ABN AMRO’s Executive Board (Chief Financial Officer).

Other items on the agenda are the dividend policy, discharge of Executive and Supervisory Board members, reappointment of the external auditor and the proposal for the issue and purchase of shares.
