ABN AMRO provides € 8 million in financing to Level.works

The investment aligns well with that ambition, as Level.works combines technology and training to attract, train and sustainably deploy talent in sectors facing labour shortages.

Supporting the next phase of growth

Since its founding in 2021, Level.works has grown rapidly and established itself as a key player in the labour market for practical professions. The financing will enable the company to attract more talent, expand the training programmes offered through the Level.works Academy, and further enhance its digital recruitment, selection and support processes. The company is also accelerating its activities in the technical and energy sectors, with plans to train 250 technicians over the coming year.
