ABN AMRO today published its Annual Report 2025, detailing how the bank created value for clients, employees, investors and society over the past year. The report also offers insights into progress on our strategy.
“2025 was a successful year with many highlights. Amid profound geopolitical and economic change, we managed to deliver a strong performance,” says Chief Executive Officer Marguerite Bérard in the report. “We are prioritising profitable growth that is less capital-intensive than in the past, and we have shown good progress on optimising our capital allocation and right-sizing our cost base.”
The annual report features interviews with board members of ABN AMRO and of new parts of the organisation such as Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe and BUUT, our neobank for young people. It also includes the Annual Financial Statements and the reports of the Executive and Supervisory Boards. In addition, the report contains our Sustainability Statements in accordance with the European CSRD regulation, as well as information about our governance and our risk and capital management.
The annual report is our main regulatory disclosure document and aims to inform our stakeholders about how we add value. We also publish a Pillar 3 Report providing information about the bank’s risk profile and capital position, as well as the glossary ‘Abbreviations and definitions of important terms’.
