ABN AMRO publishes convening notice for General Meeting 2026

ABN AMRO Bank N.V. has today published its convening notice and the accompanying documents for the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will be held on Wednesday 22 April 2026 from 2.00 pm CET at the bank’s head office in Amsterdam.
The voting items on the agenda include the adoption of the audited 2025 Annual Financial Statements, the dividend proposal, the discharge of the members of the Executive Board and the Supervisory Board, the reappointment of Sarah Russell and the appointment of Jean-Pierre Mustier as a member of the Supervisory Board.
Items on the agenda for discussion include the report of the Executive Board for 2025, the report of the Supervisory Board for 2025 and the notification of the intended reappointment of Dan Dorner, Choy van der Hooft-Cheong and Annerie Vreugdenhil as Chief Commercial Officers.
The meeting will also mark the departure of Tom de Swaan, following two terms as Chair of the Supervisory Board. Tom de Swaan will be succeeded by Michiel Lap, who is currently Vice-Chair.
The meeting will be held at ABN AMRO’s head office. Shareholders and depositary receipt holders who are unable to attend the meeting may submit questions in advance. The meeting can also be followed via webcast.
