Today ABN AMRO sold to Caisse des Dépôts 700,000 shares of Euronext N.V, reflecting a total of 1.00% of the share capital of Euronext N.V. Both ABN AMRO and Caisse des Dépôts are part of the reference shareholder group of Euronext N.V.
ABN AMRO will retain an interest in Euronext N.V. and remains committed to Euronext and its important function in the capital markets infrastructure.
