In late June of this year, ABN AMRO launched a new online support platform. Called Doorpakken, the website contains tips, information and useful services to help business owners carry on during the pandemic.
Business owners are full of praise for the website, according to user interviews aimed at further improving the platform. “You can read about other people’s experiences. It’s a website by business owners for business owners,” one client said. Another user commented, “I make a selection and enter my details, and a customised list shows up of services that would be useful for me.”
Business owners have expressed their appreciation for the services provided by the bank and its partners. They identify with the articles and podcasts. One point for improvement is that users would prefer the services to be accompanied by faster and more easily accessible explanations.
