Daniel Hartert appointed to the ABN AMRO Supervisory Board, Arjen Dorland stepped down

ABN AMRO Bank N.V. held an Extraordinary General Meeting today to vote on the appointment of Daniel Hartert (1958) as a new member of the Supervisory Board of ABN AMRO. Following Daniels appointment Arjen Dorland stepped down from the Supervisory Board of ABN AMRO.
At the meeting 72% of the total issued capital and an equal amount of voting rights was represented. The Extraordinary General Meeting appointed Daniel Hartert as a member of the Supervisory Board for a period of four years until the Annual General Meeting in 2030.
The Supervisory Board of ABN AMRO Bank N.V. now consists of Tom de Swaan (Chairman), Michiel Lap (vice chairman), Laetitia Griffith, Sarah Russell, Mariken Tannemaat, Femke de Vries and Daniel Hartert.
