The Dutch consumer affairs TV programme Kassa, to be broadcast this Saturday, 17 May 2014, will spotlight exchanging foreign currency. The programme compares apples and oranges by comparing cash exchange rates with cashless rates.
ABN AMRO offers money exchange services at Schiphol airport at the best prices. This is investigated every two weeks. We offer travellers going through Schiphol airport 65 foreign currencies, directly available from stock.
Exchanging money at home is more expensive than withdrawing cash abroad. ABN AMRO advises customers to withdraw large sums when they arrive at their destination, as this is cheaper.
