Geert Pielage appointed as Head of Brand, Marketing & Communications at ABN AMRO

Geert Pielage (59) has been appointed as Head of Brand, Marketing & Communications at ABN AMRO, effective 1 November 2025. He will succeed Patrick Kuijsters who will fully dedicate himself to other projects within ABN AMRO.

As Managing Director at CFF Communications, Pielage is a trusted advisor to Board members of both national and international organisations, including ABN AMRO, and has played an integral role in many high-impact communication projects.  

Under Patrick Kuijsters’ leadership ABN AMRO’s successful new brand positioning, ‘For Every New Beginning’, has been developed and implemented. This work has been instrumental in shaping the bank’s identity and connection with clients.
