NLFI trading programme finalised, bringing stake in ABN AMRO to 49.5%

Today the NLFI announced that it has terminated its trading plan to reduce its stake in ABN AMRO to slightly below 50%.

At termination of the trading plan, NLFI’s stake amounted to 49.5%. Since the start of the trading plan on 10 February 2023, a total number of 58,472,409 depositary receipts have been sold.

On 25 September 2023, it was announced that the Dutch State’s stake in ABN AMRO had dropped to below 50 percent.
