Today, ABN AMRO is publishing the Annual Report and Sustainability Report of ABN AMRO Group N.V. for 2014. The Annual Report offers additional information on the company (including Pillar III disclosures), the bank’s strategy, businesses, financial performance and governance. The Sustainability Report discusses the bank’s sustainability strategy and describes the progress made on material sustainability issues.

The term of Hans de Haan, Supervisory Board member since 2009 and Chairman of the Audit Committee, will come to an end at the upcoming General Meeting of Shareholders on 2 April 2015. The Supervisory Board will propose to the General Meeting the reappointment of Hans de Haan for a period of one year (until the General Meeting of Shareholders in 2016). Subject to this reappointment, the Supervisory Board has reappointed Hans de Haan as Chairman of the Audit Committee for the same period.
