Squeeze out of ABN AMRO minority shareholders completed

On 22 September 2008, RFS Holdings B.V., the company incorporated by RBS, Fortis and Santander to acquire ABN AMRO Holding N.V. ("ABN AMRO"), completed the squeeze out of minority shareholders of ABN AMRO.
