Supreme Court rules on Euribor case

On 22 November 2019, the Dutch Supreme Court ruled on the lawsuit concerning Euribor-linked mortgages by ABN AMRO and referred the case back to the court in The Hague, which will review earlier rulings.

ABN AMRO is pleased that the Supreme Court has followed the bank’s key arguments, but regrets the amount of time this process is taking, as its clients will now have to wait even longer to receive clarity on their situation.
