Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): ABN AMRO’s policy
ABN AMRO has drawn up rules and plans for diversity and inclusion.
This policy shows how we make an effort to support everyone, no matter what their background or gender is. We believe in treating everyone equally. We want to give equal opportunities to everyone, prevent intimidation, stop discrimination and follow national and local laws. The managers of departments and countries and their Human Resources (HR) departments are responsible for carrying out this policy.
