Our meetings with clients are increasingly held remotely, including via video banking, making our expertise easier to access. We are there for our clients at every financial milestone in their lives: when they open their first bank account, buy a home or start a family; when they grow their business or make it more sustainable.
We are using generative AI to improve the customer experience. We also do everything we can to ensure safe and secure banking for our clients. And we provide support for clients who have difficulty using our banking services. For example, we provide free monthly courses on Internet Banking and the ABN AMRO app.

We provide financing to help our clients transition to more sustainable practices. This is where we can make the greatest impact, for instance by helping clients make their home or business more sustainable. We also actively offer sustainable investments. And we are reducing our own footprint.

We are building a future-proof bank; enhancing our processes, compliance and efficiency. To do this, we are simplifying the organisation and reducing the cost base. We are streamlining our product offering and enhancing processes through simplified financial solutions and digital personal services.

We pursue responsible growth focused on the Netherlands and Northwest Europe. In the Netherlands, we serve a broad client base and target growth segments such as mortgage clients, high-income clients and entrepreneurs. In Northwest Europe, we offer integrated private banking and corporate banking services.
