Co-creation and innovation
We are creating an environment in which innovation and co-creation are nurtured – and our employees appreciate this. But there’s also a lot of innovation going on in the world around us, and we have much to gain from teaming up with others. In June 2016 we opened the Econic innovation hub. Fintechs and start-ups meet up with our employees in this independent environment to develop and test ideas together.

Preventing corruption, fraud and cybercrime
Our staff want to know their employer is committed to preventing corruption, fraud and cybercrime. The bank promotes a culture in which all employees feel responsible for doing their part. We also help raise awareness by supporting the Fraud Film Festival, a two-day event featuring documentaries about fraud and its prevention.
