ABN AMRO's Cultural Heart

We believe that all people should have access to the arts and culture. Our sponsorship helps design, dance and theatre in the Netherlands reach the widest possible audience.

The Cultural Heart is a platform of several departments at ABN AMRO that have a strong affinity with the cultural sector. More than just a sponsor, we aim to be a partner. We make the most of our own and our partners’ knowledge and networks to act on the latest developments in the cultural sector.

Dutch design

We know how vital Dutch design is to the Dutch economy. ABN AMRO has proudly sponsored the Dutch Design Week since 2011. We host events that bring together designers, business and the public.

Museums

ABN AMRO wants to make museums accessible to all. With subsidies cut, entrepreneurs in the world of art have been forced to go it alone. ABN AMRO is delighted to partner with some of these great cultural institutions.

Dance

ABN AMRO is a founding partner of Nederlands Dans Theater in The Hague. By partnering with NDT, we support a world-class institution and help develop artistic talent.

Creative Heroes Award

As one of the main sponsors of the Creative Heroes Award platform (CHA), we aim to promote the development of creativity, innovation and entrepreneurship.

ABN AMRO Art Prize

The ABN AMRO Art Prize was launched in 2004 and will be awarded for the ninth time in 2019. This special prize aims to promote domestic and international talent in the Dutch art scene.
