ABN AMRO has provided financing to Goflow Technology, a specialist in energy-efficient ventilation solutions for schools and healthcare institutions. The financing will enable Goflow to accelerate its growth and enhance profitability.

Since its establishment in 2021, Goflow Technology has managed to rapidly capture market share with its unique vertical displacement ventilation, applied until now in classrooms. Goflow Technology’s innovative systems are introducing sustainable ventilation solutions to the market. Measurements by TNO show that their technology can reduce aerosol exposure by up to 97%. The systems filter air in the room, minimising fine particle pollution while optimising CO2 and oxygen levels. This benefits both teachers and students.

"We are proud to be contributing with this financing to the further development of an innovative and sustainable player in the Dutch tech industry," says Folkert Heijstek, corporate banker at ABN AMRO. "Helping companies like this to scale up and make more impact aligns with ABN AMRO's ambition to create a sustainable society for future generations," he explains.

The financing will be used partly to invest in new production machines. Goflow will also be investing in increased inventory to support the growing demand for their systems.

Goflow Technologies will continue to scale up for primary schools and offers suitable solutions for any budget. Norbert Vroege, founder and CEO, announces: "40,000 more classrooms to go!" By rolling out these systems, the company hopes to contribute to a world where a clean indoor climate is as much of a given as clean drinking water.
