Ajax Women are making history by playing football at the highest possible level. As a team and as individuals, they are a source of inspiration for new generations who share their dreams and their drive to reach the top. On tuesday 19 March, Ajax Women take on Chelsea in the quarter-final of the UEFA Women’s Champions League. As a loyal sponsor, ABN AMRO wants to send them the purest wishes for success: a personal letter from Feline, a player in the Ajax U12 ‘Talentenacademie’.

If you can see it, you can be it

Feline plays for the Ajax U12 ‘Talentenacademie’ for talented players younger than 12 years old. She’s talented, ambitious and a fan of Ajax Women. ABN AMRO invited her to read her very personal letter to the heroes who inspire her every single day: Ajax Women.

Inspiration doesn’t just work one way. Feline shares how Ajax Women are helping her in her dream to reach the top, and in turn, this is the ultimate motivation for the players in the Ajax Women team.

Main sponsor of Ajax Women

ABN AMRO has been a sponsor of Ajax for nearly 30 years now, and has been the main sponsor of the women’s elite football team Ajax Women for the last nine years. In those nine years, a CLA for the women has been set up, they now play matches in the Johan Cruijff ArenA and we support them on and off the pitch to help promote women’s football.

The youth in Ajax Women’s ‘Talentenacademie’, comprising under-19 players, can also count on our support. We are happy to give these highly talented athletes from the Amsterdam club the best conditions to perform optimally so they can advance and with Ajax Women, claim a spot among Europe’s top leagues. And this is how, step by step, we are working towards equal opportunities in football.
