The M&A awards were presented in the Beurs van Berlage in Amsterdam on Thursday 10 December. ABN AMRO won the award for the best Equity Capital Markets (ECM) deal for taking Grandvision public earlier this year, and Chris van Schuppen was chosen best ECM banker of 2015.

Hugo Peek, Director of Large Corporates: ‘This recognition is the crown on our work, along with being named best financial advisor in the Benelux region by Mergermarket earlier this week. It’s been a successful year for ABN AMRO in terms of mergers, acquisitions and IPOs. These awards underscore our expertise in corporate finance.’
