ABN AMRO and Techstars are joining forces to shape the Future of Finance. As of today, applications are open for the 2021 accelerator programme, which will start on 22th March 2021 and conclude with a Demo Day on 17thJune. We are looking for the brightest ideas, exceptional teams and purpose-driven entrepreneurs who are committed to reinvent the world of finance.

2021 Theme: Future of Finance

For the first edition of the programme, we are interested in meeting entrepreneurs who share our conviction that financial services have a vital role to play in creating the sustainable future we desire. Specifically, we are interested in entrepreneurs working on products and services that solve the challenges of our time, powering a new economy and an inclusive society. We especially welcome applications from minority and women entrepreneurs.

The programme

As with all Techstars’ accelerators, the anchor of the 13-week programme is “Mentor Madness”. Selected startups will have the opportunity to engage with the best experts from ABN AMRO and 100 of Europe’s top fintech mentors, who will advise startups on their business model, go-to-market strategy, technology, pricing, scaling up, intellectual property and fundraising. The programme will end with a Demo Day showcase, where participating companies get a chance to engage with investors, clients, media and others in the ecosystem.
