Press release -

ABN AMRO Best Investment Bank in the Netherlands

In London, ABN AMRO was announced winner of the prestigious Euromoney Award for Excellence “Best Investment Bank in the Netherlands 2017”. Having won this award twice previously, this is yet another accolade underpinning the bank’s credentials in the Netherlands.

At the ceremony, Hugo Peek, Regional Head EMEA, Corporate & Institutional Banking, was present to receive the award on behalf of ABN AMRO. He said: “Enormous efforts have gone into earning the trust and business of our clients in the past few years. It is rewarding to see that these efforts are now also recognized by opinion leaders in the banking industry. Our clients and staff deserve a big Thank You.”

The award for Best Investment Bank is for ABN AMRO’s position and offering in Dutch Large Corporates market, specifically Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity Capital Markets and Loans & Debt Capital Markets. The jury consisting of Euromoney's editors and journalists in conjunction with Euromoney’s own market knowledge and research confirmed our leading position in Dutch corporate banking.
