Appointment Rutger Schellens

On 1 March 2017, we announced the ad interim appointment of Rutger Schellens as CEO of ABN AMRO Clearing Bank N.V., subject to the approval of the supervisory authorities. We are pleased to confirm that his proposed appointment has been approved by DNB/ECB and has taken effect on 15 June, 2017.
