Marcel Jongmans, CEO of ABN AMRO Clearing Bank N.V., has decided to leave the company and pursue his career outside the bank. Jan Bart de Boer, vice-chairman of the Managing Board of ABN AMRO Clearing, will take over the role of CEO on an ad interim basis.
