ABN AMRO publishes 2013 Annual Report and Sustainability Report

ABN AMRO publishes the 2013 Annual Report of ABN AMRO Group N.V. today, providing additional information on the company, its strategy, businesses, financial performance and governance. ABN AMRO also publishes the 2013 Sustainability Report, highlighting progress, achievements and priorities in the area of social and environmental responsibility and describing the sustainability policies and practices that are most material to ABN AMRO’s business as a financial services provider. The 2013 abbreviated financial statements for ABN AMRO Bank N.V. have also been made available.
All members of ABN AMRO’s Managing Board will be nominated by the Supervisory Board for reappointment at the next annual General Meeting of Shareholders, except Kees van Dijkhuizen who was appointed as from 1 May 2013 for the period of four years.
