ABN AMRO WTT sponsorship gets gold

ABN AMRO’s World Tennis Tournament has won the 2017 SponsorRing in the category Long-Term Sponsorships. The expert jury emphasises that 'the tournament is a powerful tool for retaining customers'.

In addition to ABN AMRO, other recipients of gold were ING & Rijksmuseum and Delta Lloyd. Long-Term Sponsorships is a new SponsorRing category, for which nominations were awarded by the various expert juries. As stated in the jury report: “ABN AMRO's achievement of sponsoring the World Tennis Tournament for 45 years is monumental. This arrangement has stayed in place despite the many changes and developments the bank has gone through over the years. The tournament is a powerful tool, especially for retaining customers.”
