Starting today, ABN AMRO will be changing the opening hours of its branches in the Netherlands in response to changing customer needs.

Frans Woelders, Managing Director of ABN AMRO Retail Banking: “Although our customers increasingly bank online, our branches still play an important role in our service offering. We often hear that customers would like to visit our branches in the evening and at weekends. Our new business hours meet this need.”

Our large branches in the big cities will be open to the public between 9 am and 6 pm on weekdays and between 10 am and 2 pm, or later, on Saturdays. They will also be open outside regular
business hours at least one evening a week. We also offer customers the option of visiting our branches outside normal business hours by appointment. In the smaller cities, our large offices will be open between 10 am and 6 pm on weekdays and outside regular business hours in the evening and/or on Saturdays, depending on local customer demand and market circumstances. All other offices are free to determine their own opening hours based on demand.

ABN AMRO has around 300 branches across the country. Visit www.abnamro.nl for the opening hours of all ABN AMRO branches in the Netherlands.
