Share buyback programmes

Dividend Policy and Payments

From 2021 onwards, the dividend payout has been set at 50% of reported net profit, after deduction of AT1 coupon payments and minority interests.

This section provides an overview and access to documentation on Investor Days, the IPO and privatisation and other corporate events, such as acquisitions and divestments.

ESG-Bonds

Sustainability is core to our purpose and therefore embedded in one of our strategic pillars. We want to support the shift to sustainability in various ways, which includes making green bonds available to investors.

Covered Bonds

Under the covered bond programme ABN AMRO issues long term secured instruments to professional and institutional investors. We also have a retained covered bond programme for liquidity purposes. Both programmes are secured by segregated prime Dutch residential mortgages and both programmes are UCITS eligible and registered with the Dutch Central Bank (DNB). Issuances are CRD compliant and as of 2015 all bonds issued are in soft-bullet format.

Senior Preferred Bonds

ABN AMRO issues Senior Preferred (SP) unsecured securities in fixed or floating format, in various currencies under various programmes to professional and institutional investors.
