ABN AMRO Pavilion

ABN AMRO Pavilion view from station

We want to accelerate the transition to a more sustainable society, and we contribute to this by preparing our office buildings for the future. We are proud that our approach has won us several BREEAM quality certificates. Our next green step: a completely circular pavilion at Gustav Mahlerplein in the Amsterdam Zuidas area.

The ultimate example of our sustainability efforts

The ABN AMRO Pavilion will be sustainable from foundation to roof and from design to operation. Created by Architekten Cie, the pavilion will be the first circular building designed in the Netherlands. This unique pavilion will open its doors in 2017 and it might well be the one of the most sustainable new buildings in the world.

Circular incubator

The pavilion should become something of a club house. A meeting point measuring 2,000 square metres and open to everyone interested in the circular economy: from energy-conscious bank staff to circular pioneers and from sustainability thinkers to strategic doers from all sorts of professions.
